The service offered by Unitel Direct is
overwhelming and appreciable. As a regular customer, I must say I am impressed
by everything Unitel Direct has offered me. It is much above what I had
expected from a normal phone company, and I must say it is spectacular.
The phone service I was using previously
was a huge headache. It failed to connect every time I had an emergency and
never worked in times of need. Once dead, it continued to stay out of order for
a really long time. Incessant call to the customer service yielded no positive
results. Eventually, I decided to discontinue the service and switch to Unitel
Direct. Compared to what I had earlier experiences, this was such a great
relief. I had absolutely no issues or trouble using this.
I was worried about the bill for the first
month, but what came to shock me. It was so much cheaper than all the others I
had previously used. Unitel offers its Phone Lines Users the best services at
the lowest rates possible. The bill was clear and transparent, and mentioned
every small detail.
Impressed by the phone service, I decided
to try out the broadband service as well. The lightning speed has amazed me.
The pages get loaded rapidly and there is no delay at all. There was this one
time when my modem encountered an issue. I called up the customer service and
there was the support executive at my door. He fixed up the issue in no time
and I was back to browsing my internet pages.
The services offered are excellent and I am
really pleased. I have recommended Unitel Direct to a number of my friends, and
I can see that they are really thankful to me. All Phone Lines Users have their
