The service offered by Unitel Direct is overwhelming and appreciable. As a regular customer, I must say I am impressed by everything Unitel Direct has offered me. It is much above what I had expected from a normal phone company, and I must say it is spectacular.

The phone service I was using previously was a huge headache. It failed to connect every time I had an emergency and never worked in times of need. Once dead, it continued to stay out of order for a really long time. Incessant call to the customer service yielded no positive results.
